Air Lord®
 The
AirLord®, the ultimate dry vac machine, combines up to 5800 CFM of air
speed with deep vacuum power (up to a max. of 28”Hg) for fast loading of all types of
products.
Here
is how it works:
As
the loading begins, dry product is pulled into the debris tank where it
automatically undergoes a multi-stage separating process.
Product first enters the patented centrifugal internal open bottom cyclone where
the heavier particles are dispersed inside the tank.
The
AirLord® cleans the suction air before it enters the
bag house.
Next,
the cleaner air is removed from the primary air exit port and travels along
with any remaining particles back into the debris tank where the air stream is
split and reversed to separate the remaining particles from the air stream a
second time inside the tank.
As
the even cleaner air takes its final passage out of the tank through dual
secondary exit ports, the airflow then moves to a patented 9-stage air inverting
cyclone. By this time, for a wide range of dry products, more than 90% of the
particles from the air stream have been removed and captured inside the debris
tank.
The
patented 9-stage air inverting cyclone uses directional technology to clean the air
well enough to allow it to enter the pump.
However, the air then enters the bag house where filter bags are used to
ensure final filtration.
Cleaning
the air before it enters the bag house reduces cleaning intervals, downtime,
maintenance cost and extends bag life.
